What server locations do you offer?

We currently offer 3 locations for our Minecraft servers which include Dallas Texas, Toronto Canada and London United Kingdom. However, our Virtual Servers and Web Hosting are only available in Dallas Texas.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and credit card through PayPal. PayPal is the faster, safer way to send money and make online payments.

Can I cancel my services at any time?

Yes you may cancel at any time. By signing up for our services you are not locked into any sort of contract or legal obligation.

What happens when my service is suspended?

When this occurs you must make a payment for your service ASAP and once it is suspended it is subject to deletion at any given time.

Do you offer any custom packages?

Yes, all of our services can be customized and you may contact our Sales team for a custom quote. Custom plans are typically provided for our Virtual Servers or Minecraft Servers. You may contact us here to receive a quote for a custom plan.

Are your web hosting plans really unlimited?

That is correct and are based on a fair usage policy for both disk space and bandwidth. However as long as you are not problematic to other clients you should not be concerned.
